When trying to redeem ROX coins, there is no cashback option now, earlier there were options for 1000 coins for 100rs cashback and 5000 coins for 500rs cashback/discount. Also, when trying to lodge a complaint through the ROX app, I can't find any option for network issues, it only shows 2 options: 1. I'm facing issue in application feature 2. I don't want to be a Roxstar There is no other option.

Worst app ever. It keeps showing "Package Subscribed" and "Your request has been received successfully. Your subscription will be activated soon." It's been more than an hour, and nothing has changed. The issue is still the same, and the subscription is not activated. Completely frustrating and a waste of time. Very poor service and unreliable app.

I subscribed sharing vibe for 5000. I then tried to add a contact and received a notification that it was added successfully. But it is not shown in the app. now, I am unable to add other contacts because I get an error of adding in the same slot and the app itself does not allow me to add contacts to the other slot.
